This scenario generates an E-VAD document (as opposed to a regular e-AD). The EVAD is a simplified version of the e-AD used in the EMCS system. It applies to the movement of excise goods for which excise duty has already been paid—so not under suspension.
It is intended for situations where excise goods are occasionally or regularly sent to another EU Member State, but the excise duty has already been settled in the country of dispatch. To use an EVAD, the sender must hold a (temporary) certified consignor permit.
